Shipping Policy
When will I receive my bedding?
We work closely with expert textiles manufactures from across the world to create our bespoke bedding designs. As a result, bedding sets are often crafted to order and are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners to you. This allows us to offer premium quality luxury bedding at affordable prices.
With this in mind, it typically takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. After this time, we will provide a tracking number where you can view the progress of your delivery.
After we process your payment, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at checkout letting you know we have begun to process your order.
Estimated delivery times once your order has been processed:
- United Kingdom - 5-14 business days.*
- United States & Canada - 5-14 business days.*
- Rest of the world - 7-20 business days.*
* Delivery dates are only estimations and goods may be delivered earlier or later depending on external factors such as haulage delays caused by COVID-19, supply chain disruptions, truck driver shortages, geopolitical developments, natural disasters etc) which are out of our control. For this reason we cannot guarantee goods will be delivered within our estimated delivery windows, however the vast majority of orders arrive within the specified time frames.
How much does shipping cost?
We are pleased to inform you that all orders from Chronos Comfort include FREE & trackable shipping. You will not be charged any delivery fees at checkout.
Which couriers do you use?
To ensure your goods reach you in as timely a manner as possible, we work closely with industry leading couriers such as FedEx, DHL & UPS, depending on which country you are ordering from. For UK orders, our primary partner is FedEx.
Taxes/Import Duties
If your country charges additional import taxes or customs fees, you are responsible for any associated costs that may occur. Chronos Comfort is not responsible for paying any import fees you may be charged by your local government. Please refer to your local government policy with regard to import costs.
How do I cancel my order?
We understand some customers may change their minds after processing their order; or may wish to order a different product. We offer a 12 hour window to cancel or make any changes to your order. Simply send the team an email at hello@chronoscomfort.com with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER" and include your order reference number.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee we can change or cancel any order after 12 hours of purchase - but please contact us regardless and we will try and help in any way we can. If your order has already shipped, unfortunately we are unable to cancel it.
