Returns & Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your goods to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return and/or refund:

  • Your goods must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your goods must not have been washed.
  • Your goods must be in their original packaging.
  • Your goods must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@chronoscomfort.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that cancellations made during and after transit will be subject to additional restocking and returns charges.

Please note that you are responsible for any return postage fees. Unfortunately we are unable to provide refunds or replacements if your goods are faulty or damaged through no fault of our own, such as damage during transit when returning. 

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your goods upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    We cannot accept returns on free gifts, sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges
    In some cases we may offer exchanges as long as the goods are unused and in a resalable condition. Please contact us at hello@chronoscomfort.com for further help.

    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

    All items reported as faulty will be inspected by us upon arrival. Items showing defects deemed to be due to accidental damage, general wear or neglect will not be regarded as faulty and a refund will not be issued.

    Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please allow up to 15 working days for your returned goods to be processed, checked and funds to be refunded.

    We reserve the right not to issue a refund if the item(s) have been returned outside the terms of our returns policy.
